Our story
Built one project at a time
Santos Landscaping of Washington has been working on Greater Seattle properties for more than ten years. It started small and it grew the slow way — one driveway at a time, one repeat client at a time, almost entirely on neighbours telling neighbours.
That is not the fastest way to build a business. It is the way that leaves you with ten years of practical knowledge about how this region's soil, rainfall and slopes actually behave, and a reputation that depends entirely on doing the work properly.
Struver was added as a DBA to carry that experience into a broader future — the same family, the same standards, with room to take on a wider range of outdoor work than the original name suggested.

Continuity, and progress
Struver is not a rebrand that walks away from what came before. It keeps everything that made the original work worth recommending — the practical knowledge, the family values and the personal accountability that comes from the owner being on site rather than a name on an invoice.
